Metropolitan Methodios Attends Installation of Archbishop Richard G. Henning as the New Archbishop of Boston

In a historic show of unity, Metropolitan Methodios joined clergy from across denominations to celebrate the installation of Archbishop Richard G. Henning as the new Archbishop of Boston. The ceremony took place at the Cathedral of the Holy Cross in Boston, bringing together religious leaders, clergy, and faithful from across the region.

Metropolitan Methodios, accompanied by Fr. Theodore Barbas, Chancellor, and Fr. Chris Foustoukos, priest of St. Vasilios Greek Orthodox Church in Peabody, MA, attended the Mass and Installation service. Their presence highlighted a deepening spirit of ecumenical cooperation and mutual respect between the Orthodox and Catholic communities in Boston.

The installation marks a new chapter for the Archdiocese of Boston, with Archbishop Henning pledging to uphold the legacy of his predecessors while building bridges across denominations.
