On Wed, December 4, 2024, His Excellency Richard Henning, the newly installed Roman Catholic Archbishop of Boston, made his first official visit to His Eminence Metropolitan Methodios of Boston. The meeting, held at the Metropolis offices, was followed by a luncheon in Archbishop Henning’s honor.

At the gracious invitation of Metropolitan Methodios, Fr. John Chryssavgis joined the meeting, where he had the opportunity to connect with Dr. Vito Nicastro from the ecumenical office of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese. The gathering underscored the spirit of mutual respect and fraternal collaboration between the Roman Catholic and Orthodox Christian communities in New England and globally.
