The Metropolis of Boston Clergy received an update of the new Gymnasium project at their Fall Clergy Retreat. The presentation, by Gordon Bristol the projects Owners Project Manager was given at the Metropolis of Boston Camp.
The clergy were presented with an update that included the fact that the excavation for site work is substantially completed and placement of the concrete footings and foundation commences next week.
The clergy were informed the steel building and associated roof and siding and windows and doors will have erection commence approximately November 15. It is the intent to button up the building from the elements and have interior work being performed during the first quarter of 2024.
It is projected the project will be putting on finishing touches in May 2024 with an expected occupancy for summer camps 2024 commencing June 2024.
