Session Two - Metropolis of Boston Camp 2019
Tuesday, July 23, 2019On Sunday, July 21, 2019 His Eminence Metropolitan Methodios presided over the Divine Liturgy at the St. George Chapel at the Saint Methodios Faith and Heritage Center. While at the Metropolis of Boston Camp, His Eminence visited with the over with the over 160 staff and campers who participated in the second session of the Summer.
The campers learned about this summer's catichetical theme which is taken from John 15:1, “I am the vine, you are the branches.” In his remarks to the campers, His Eminence encouraged them to continue their journey with Christ when they leave camp, taking some time out of their day to find a few minutes of silence to dialogue with God.
