The Metropolis of Boston was Represented at the Annual Γεύμα Αγάπης (Love Meal) festival in Evosmos, Greece

The Church of the Annunciation to the Theotokos in the neighborhood of Evosmos is under the spiritual guidance of His Eminence Barnabas of Neapolis and Stavroupolis. Each day this parish provides 350 meals to those in need in their local area.

For the past 30 years they have held an annual Γεύμα Αγάπης (Love Meal), which is a gathering of those families fed by this parish every day. The yearly festival features their local parish orchestra and dance troop.

Earlier this month, the Metropolis of Boston was represented at the festival by Michael Sintros, Andrew Otto, Andrew Calivas, and Ted Cherpas.

The entire Metropolis of Neapolis and Stavroupolis feeds 5,220 persons in need every day in all of their almost 60 parishes.
