ALL YOUNG ADULTS are invited to a special December Orthodoxy on Tap led by Fr. Kosmas and Anna Kallis! Our speakers work full time with Young Adult ministry and have done some amazing things! Join us to hear about how young adults from other parts of the country have overcome the obstacles of time and young age to become leaders in their communities!

Orthodoxy on Tap is one of the most prominent young adult ministries of the Greek Orthodox Metropolis of Boston. Once a month, the community of over 100 young adults from throughout the Greater Boston area meets downtown for fellowship and an engaging discussion with an invited presenter. This ministry seeks to connect college students and post-graduate young adults with Greek Orthodox peers, together with clergy and communities located within close proximity to them. The success of this gathering has inspired similar gatherings in Maine, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, the North Shore, and Central Massachusetts. Additionally, other Metropolises have consulted the Metropolis of Boston’s Orthodoxy on Tap team for guidance in starting similar ministries. During the period of Great and Holy Lent, the Orthodoxy on Tap community transitions its meetings from UNOs Pizzeria in Kenmore Square to the St. John the Baptist Church in Boston’s South End. At St. John’s, participants attend Pre-Sanctified Liturgies and enjoy a discussion offered over a Lenten meal. This transition emphasizes the need for all to slow the rhythm of their lives as they prepare to encounter the crucified and risen Lord.
